Jimmy's started with a simple idea: real burgers, made by hand, served fast. No frozen patties, no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just fresh beef smashed on a hot flat-top and stacked between a buttered bun.
Today we run two Chicago-area kitchens — one in Hyde Park / Bronzeville and one in Markham — feeding the same neighborhoods that raised us. Every philly steak is chopped to order, every wing is fried crispy, and every fry is cut fresh from a whole potato that morning.
What we stand for
Never Frozen
Fresh beef delivered daily. Smashed to order, not sitting in a warmer.
Hand-Cut Fries
Whole potatoes, cut and fried in our kitchen. That's it.
Neighborhood First
We hire, cook, and cater for the block. Family-run, always.
